Responsible gambling

At Foxwoods, we're dedicated to providing a safe and enjoyable gaming experience for all our patrons. We understand the importance of responsible gaming practices and have implemented measures to support players who may be experiencing problems with their gaming habits.

Self-Exclusion Program

Our self-exclusion program allows you to voluntarily exclude yourself from playing at Foxwoods for a specified period. This can help you maintain control over your gaming activity and prevent potential issues associated with excessive gaming.

To participate in the self-exclusion program, please contact our support team who will guide you through the process.

Deposit Limits

We encourage players to set deposit limits on their accounts to manage their spending effectively. You can adjust these limits at any time by contacting our support team.

Time-Outs and Session Reminders

To help prevent over-gaming, we offer time-outs that allow you to take a break from playing for a specified period. Additionally, session reminders will alert you after 60 minutes of continuous play.

Self-Assessment Tool

Our self-assessment tool is designed to assist players in identifying potential problems with their gaming habits and seeking help if necessary. Please contact our support team to access this resource.

Support Organizations

We encourage responsible gamers to seek assistance from reputable organizations, such as the National Center for Responsible Gaming (NCRG) or Problem Gambling Support Services.

Tips for Safer Gaming

1. Set a budget: Decide on the amount you're willing to spend and stick to it.
2. Choose games wisely: Select games with lower stakes and higher RTPs.
3. Take breaks: Regularly take time away from gaming to avoid over-gaming.
4. Seek help when needed: Don't hesitate to reach out for support if you feel like your gaming habits are becoming a problem.
